THE CREATIVE WORKSPACES

On the first floor, L’Alba offers a suite of three modular studios, each approximately 25 m², arranged around a majestic, light-filled central hall.

These spaces, with their high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and large windows, offer a setting that is both understated and inspiring.

Their layout allows for great flexibility of use, depending on the occupants’ needs.

Particularly suited to quiet activities, they easily accommodate pursuits such as visual arts, painting, writing, yoga, meditation, or individual and group work.

The central hall, with its open spaces and distinctive architectural character, serves as a breathing space and circulation area, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere and the flow between the studios.
